Description

Young Avocados, hard and unappealing, spend weeks prepping for their moment of edibility. They’re waiting, waiting, waiti…and now they’re ripe! And now they’re not. It’s an ephemeral moment in the culinary spotlight, perhaps spread on toast or in some sushi, followed by an infinity as a sad, squishy ghost. Pity this ex-avocado now haunting your salad bowl. Forever.
